Genova High Tech is the implementing body of PST Erzelli: it develops the plots, selects the companies and coordinates public and private construction projects across 475,000 sq m overlooking the sea.
About us
Genova High Tech S.p.A. manages, develops and promotes the Erzelli Science and Technology Park. Established in 2003, it is the implementing body of the park: it coordinates public and private construction projects, selects the companies that set up at Erzelli, promotes the park internationally and manages relations with institutions, universities and research centres.

From the Masterplan to the Construction Site.
GHT drives the development of the park forward, plot by plot. Construction of the new Polytechnic School laboratories has been under way since September 2024, with completion scheduled for the first half of 2027. Work on the departments and lecture theatres begins in 2026, led by a consortium headed by Strabag under a €144.4 million contract, and is scheduled for completion in 2029. This is not a project confined to paper: it is a site where excavation and construction are actively under way.
Who Joins, and Why.
Only technology and R&D companies set up at the park. This is a deliberate choice, not a coincidence. GHT selects the organisations that join the park to maintain a coherent ecosystem: Ericsson, Esaote, Siemens, the Italian Institute of Technology, Liguria Digitale and Generative Bionics. These are not generic spaces for rent, but infrastructure designed for technology, BREEAM-certified with a Class B energy rating, and with fibre-optic connectivity and trigeneration already operational.
The Park and Everything Else.
GHT coordinates relations between the park and the wider ecosystem: promoting it to companies and investors, managing relations with the Liguria Region, the City of Genoa and government ministries, and maintaining dialogue with the University of Genoa and research centres. PST Erzelli is a member of APSTI and IASP, the national and international networks of science and technology parks.
